Daring to Dream

Did you ever take a leap of faith?

Not serendipitously, but intentionally and thought out.

A leap that took guts and challenged you to actually face your deep seeded dreams and believe in the you God created.

Maybe you’re on the edge wanting to go for it.

Looking out over the possibilities.

Wondering if you’ll catch the wind or land face down.

—————————

There are times when you and I just have to walk off that edge.

We have to jump through the fear and the lies and the valid excuses — because it’s time.

Time to accept that our season of “stay” is becoming a season of “go.”

Go where the waters are uncharted and the grace for growing amidst the failures is tangible.

We have to be willing to hear God’s voice say something we maybe don’t want to hear.

“Now, my beloved.”

Now is the time for you to open your hands and your heart to the crazy dreams and possibilities.

Even if the outcome isn’t perfect.

Because one day, dear friend,

Instead of hitting the ground, you’ll soar.
